  10. I have scanned this newsgroup, watched the net, etc, etc, but still have
  11. no clue on this important subject.

  13. When is the C++ standard actually going final (approximately)?  Any
  14. clues?  Stroustrup said to expect it about last October at a talk last
  15. spring.  I should have known to be somewhat skeptical of this, _but_ one
  16. would think that it would be out by now!
